This position is responsible to sanitize all kitchen areas and equipment, ensuring the proper cleanliness of all food preparation and service areas
Meet eligibility requirements for work assignments on a specified contract.
Understand oral and/or written instructions.
Interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, and staff members.
Must be able to pass organization screening requirements including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk, and frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to be on his/her feet for extended periods of time. The employee frequently must walk, stand, bend carry, and lift. This job will require lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds. Exposure to extreme temperatures due to
steam and heat from cooking, dishwashing, and refrigeration. Work area subject to high noise levels, sharp tools, and cutting hazards. Schedules are subject to change. Most work will take place indoors. Will work with cleaning chemicals. Will be required to follow the Emergency Operations Work Assignment per customer requirements. Schedules are subject to change. Will require working early morning, mid-morning, afternoon and/or evening hours as well weekends and Holidays.
