This executive level position will report directly to the President/CEO of Lakeview Center, Inc. serving as an Officer of the corporation, and is responsible for the oversight of LCI’s related corporation, Global Connections to Employment. Primary duty is to customarily and regularly direct the work of the senior leadership team. This role is responsible for leading and supervising assigned staff to ensure quality work performance and adherence to regulatory compliance issues across the organization with regards to Vocational Services.  Additional duties include the authority to hire and separate, evaluate staff performance (or whose suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, termination, advancement, promotion or any other change of status of other employees is given particular weight).       

This position requires working closely with funding sources, customers, stakeholders, and internal and external management staff to ensure that services are provided appropriately, timely and in compliance with governing and accrediting agencies, guidelines, regulations and statutes. 


  • Requires a Master’s degree in one of the following areas: rehabilitation field or business administration/management. In lieu of a master’s degree, a bachelor’s in the rehabilitation field or business administration/management plus 2 years of work experience in an agency that serving disadvantaged populations (i.e. individuals with disabilities, wounded warriors, etc.) Previous Military Service a plus.
  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience developing and successfully managing operations with an annual budget of $50 million or more, multi-state operations preferred.
  • Ten (10) years of supervisory/management experience in a rehabilitation facility or business setting.
  • Must have understanding of organizational systems with working knowledge of accreditation standards, AbilityOne Program, US Department of Labor regulations (FLSA and SCA).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel by car, rail and/or air may be required, domestically and internationally.  The percentage of time traveling will vary widely based on the circumstances.
