Position Summary:

The Deltek Administrator is involved in the day-to-day support of the Deltek Enterprise in place at GCE. The Deltek Enterprise currently consists of Deltek's Costpoint, Time & Expense with ESS (T&E), and Cognos. The primary focus of this role will be supporting Costpoint, T&E and Cognos. This position is a tremendous growth opportunity for the right person, to learn about the leading software used in the government contracting industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. May substitute equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Years of Experience: 3+ years experience working with Deltek Costpoint Core modules; 3+ years experience with Deltek Time & Expense with ESS; 2+ years experience using Cognos Query Studio and Report Studio.
  • Knowledge of Processing Payroll and Leave in Costpoint a plus.
  • Must have an understanding of Deltek Costpoint and Time and Expense applications core structures and functionality.
  • Must be comfortable working directly with system users.
  • Must understand the nature of the government contracting industry, and communicate within it effectively.
  • Must be willing to cross train and share knowledge and experiences to enhance the overall quality of the services delivered.
  • U. S. Citizenship required per government contract.
